How do I choose the right cartridge and scent?
Find the exact device model first. On the refill page, check supported models and choose a fragrance before adding it to your selection. A matching bottle shape does not establish compatibility.
Can I enquire about several different fragrances?
Yes. Add each fragrance as a separate selection and set its quantity. The same cartridge with different scents stays separate; your enquiry includes model, scent and quantity.
What does a tailored quote mean?
For products without a confirmed retail price or availability, we prepare a quotation first. Sending an enquiry is not a payable order. We confirm price, lead time and supply terms; monthly diffuser rental is also available by quotation.
